Who we are

As we have done in recent years, we will continue to offer our live classes both in person and via Zoom. All of our seminars, including the Introduction to Manual Therapy for PTs and PTAs, will be available throughout the year.

SunCoast Seminars, Inc. was founded in 2006 and has remained DPT-owned ever since. The company was established by Jay Wijnmaalen, DPT, who has a strong background in Manual Therapy and Neuro-Developmental Treatment (NDT). In addition to his clinical expertise, Dr. Wijnmaalen shares extensive managerial experience. He has served as a Rehab Director, Service Line Administrator for Orthopedic and Spine Services, and CEO of a large Orthopedic/Spine and Gynecology practice. These roles have allowed him to foster relationships with a wide range of clinicians, including therapists, chiropractors, physicians, surgeons, and athletic trainers.
